The women at the reception were as rude as they could possibly be. They acted like taking care of the patients was an inconvenience to them and they looked down upon every one in the room. Theu were too busy talking and goofing off with other staff members thar were basically runnning back and forth from the doctors area to the waiting room...I had to explain 3 times what I was there for and then they had to call and verify, because they did not trust me. I have never been treated this way by any medical establishment, and I consider it very inappopriate. Someone needs to have a talk with these employees as they are clearly out of hand. The only decent person there was the man with tattoos who did my test. Everyone else shiukd be fired as they have no idea how to be mature and properly do their jobs.
