I reserved my choice online & quickly got a confirmation email. Then then call before your reservation date to re confirm and answer any questions you may have. I love that you pull your vehicle right into the building for pick up & while paying your balance they load the car with the rental. They go over some quick instructions & in just a few minutes your on your way! My husband set it up in all of 10 min & it kept the kids & teens busy all weekend!
