My mother took her car there since was closer than where she normally goes, for an oil change. talked her into doing over 200.00 in services, of which many were not needed or had already been done not long ago elsewhere. Then tried to talk her into doing over 400.00 more. She at least talked them into an estimate and left saying she would have to come back later. Their labor charges we higher than industry and what she would have paid at the dealer. After looking at the estimate she got, I noticed that they were trying to get her to do some things they said they already done on the existing work order. Most of the work I know was not needed. Saying plugs and wires needed changing but had only 10k miles since last changed. I did not have time to check everything so I sent her to our regular mechanic where I have her go usually and said none of those other services other than the oil change was needed as many were done by him on previous visits already or that the items were still goo ...read more

These guys are highly professional and will keep your car running perfectly. My only problem is that I don't have that nice pimp out ride, so I find their attempt to "fine tune" everything on my car rather expensive.
