We never had to respond to public humiliation,however you cannot please everyone with ill intent and malice. The customer received exactly what she ordered, she changed her mind a few times after purchasing the hair before we sent it, so we took pictures of the curl pattern before we sent it, to ensure this was what she wanted, then we wash all of our hair & dry 24 hours before sending However, the customer proclaimed a distinctive odor, which we did not smell, and we offered her an exchange, she was unsure at first; then ultimately she decided she wanted a refund, Not only did we give her a refund for the amount purchased minus $30.00 shipping and handling for her order of 377.00 we told her to keep the hair, in good faith as we apologize she feel the hair was not to her satisfaction. Not only does she have the hair which is in tact, and definitely usable, she has 98% of her monies refunded to her, minus shipping and handling of about $30.00 .We do not have 1 single complaint. Everyone cannot be pleased and cannot force them to be happy. However in this instance, we offered her many solutions, but she was unreasonable, so not only does she have the money, she has the hair, and the hair is good for 1 year. I strongly do not recommend this company!!!!!!!!! I ordered hair despite the over the top shipping and handling fees the hair arrived damp and with a strong odor of ammonia as if it had been permed and of course no certificate of authenticity when I contacted the owners I was told there was a problem with the shipment and they thought they had pulled all of the damaged product but obviously some was missed. I was offered either a replacement or refund I returned the hair insured and in tack electing for the full refund of $377 after almost 3 wks with no word I was told my refund was being processed and as a gesture of good will and to apologize for the miss hap they were sending me some free hair to try I later receive a notification from pay pal for a partial payment hair by winfrey / luxe hair bar WAS CHARGING ME FOR SHIPPING AND PAY PAL FEE'S ON AGREED UPON DAMAGED GOODS! When I contacted the owners I was told they would refund the full charges only to receive another text within the hour to say no they would not? How do you call your self a reptuable business by charging customers shipping, handling fees and processing fees on agreed damaged goods after you have told them you would fully refund them and then to add insult to injury you have the audacity to speak on your unsolicited mailing of hair which wasnt even what I originally ordered as if you did me a favor and I should be happy even after I agreed to send it back to you fully intact with your faded unreadable attempt at a certificate of authenticity. I wore sew-ins consistently for 5 years with the fear of wearing my natural hair! My hair was damaged from wearing them! I found Lisa and explained my situation to her. I was sooo nervous! She brought my hair back to life. She has a very sweet spirit and listens to her clients concerns about their hair. I am now wearing my natural hair out and love it!!
