I would not recommend this company for vacuum service to ANYONE!! I took my Hoover vacuum in for service and told the lady that the rollers would not turn. I also told her that both filters needed replaced as well as both headlights and asked her to have them call me with a cost estimate before doing the work. I provided them with one of the filters I already had. Three wks. later after many unanswered phone calls the service man finally called me and told me that the secondary motor was burned out and needed replaced. I told him to go ahead and do the work. Two days later they called me and told me it was ready for pick up. I went and picked it up, only got a cash register tape receipt, nobody there knew what was done. when I got the vacuum home, it does work now but is incredibly loud, neither headlight was replaced and the only filter they changed was the one I brought to them. ...read more
