We bought an Asus motherboard from this on new year's eve 2010, here we are January 13th and it's not working. I called Asus and they told me to bring the board into the shop and ask for an exchange because RMA would take over a week. Alboes there told me they don't do that-- They can't resell used materials for full value so they will not exchange it. HOWEVER not but two months ago we exchanged a power supply that was faulty that we had for nearly 30 days. They wouldn't let me return the motherboard either. Surprise surprise. Nice guys who run the place but can be a bit condescending on the phone. Better to go in and talk to them face to face. Polite and professional, just never had a good phone experience. If you ask them a question that they might think you are kind of dumb on, their answer is a bit on the arrogant side of tone. Good place to get apple products in Columbus, however. ...read more
