This store (115 Altamac Connector Brunswick, GA) didn't want to help fix our phone, argued with us, treated my husband rudely, etc. When they finally agreed (45 mins in store) to try to fix the phone we had to leave to get our kids from school. We live 40 mins. away and this was the closest alltell store that had the ability to do the "flashing" for our phone. They never called us to tell us they were done. We tried calling them several times and the 800 customer service line tried calling them as well to no avail. They have our phone, and we have no idea if it's fixed or not, they refuse to answer their telephone, and the only thing the 800 service rep told us to do was drive back 40 mins. to see if it was abled to be fixed. Really??? 4 kids and I'm supposed to drop everything to see if maybe a phone is fixed. They also didn't have the information for a regional manager or office to call. This is how you treat customers? I guess I'll have to bring my 4 kids up there including my 8 yr. old severely autistic son to talk to anyone. Obviously they can't hear a phone ringing, maybe they'll hear a screeching, head banging, hand flapping, door opening autistic child and we can get some customer service.
