All I will say is DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They do terrible work. Emmett Head is no longer the owner. The new owner is nothing like Emmett. He lets his employees tear up your car and charges you outrageous prices to do so. My car has been parked ever since I had to have it towed from Emmett Head because it will not start or go into gear. All this cost me 1500.00! jack could care less about his customers and did nothing to make it right. Its too bad what happened to the place, but I do not expect him to stay in business long. While dealing with the employees of this comnpany especially the owner Jack Young I found they were rude, egotistical and not very efficient. No one there seemed to know what was going on or what they were doing. The mechanic was openly drunk, the owner does not care if the work is done on time or at all. This place should be shut down,it's just a rip off.\t\nDo not give them money up front the work will never get done.\t\nAlso, this is not the place for you if you don't like dogs, there is a huge bull dog that has free run of the place and scares the hell out of the customers. ...read more
