For all I knew, he could have easily overcharged me or installed a new lock, but James didn’t! In fact, he took his time to figure out what was wrong with my lock and had it fixed. I’ve always believed in giving credit where it’s due and hence am taking this time out to write a review for Estate Locksmith Store! Best service ever – and the prices are just even better! I’m not from Austell , GA and when I locked my keys in the car, I had no idea whom to call or what to do. After a quick online search I found great reviews for Estate Locksmith Store and called up 770-325-1294. After a brief conversation with the rep, I waited for a mere ten minutes for the technician to arrive. Mark was a complete professional and fun person to talk to! He unlocked my car in seconds and retrieved the keys… Thank you Mark for helping me out in a tough situation! It might seem like I’m exaggerating when I say that it was a locksmith company that provided me the best customer service! Long wait times, unexpected delays, constant rescheduling, no attention to customer needs are a few things that irk me. However, Estate Locksmith Store had managed to set up a seamless operational process in place that allows customers to experience superior services . Right from the dispatcher handling the phone call to the technician tackling the actual issue, these guys are total pros.
