ReviewI have been working with Andy, the Manager at Edwin Watts, trying to find a shaft for my RBZ driver. Andy went far above and beyond my definition of customer service trying to help me find the right fit for an already purchased driver. I purchased the driver from another manufacturer online and Andy continued to help me as if I had made the purchase from him. He allowed me to "borrow" a new shaft for the weekend to try it out, he also allowed me the opportunity to demo another driver by another manufacturer, no questions asked.
