I called back in November 2014 about a check that you all said has cleared my bank, the check was never submitted to my bank, but you all was giving me credit for it, so I had to argue with the csr about the payment, she said they would investagate it, and get back in touch with me within 48 hours, well it is 01/06/2015, and I see where you all finally deposit the check, 2 months later, and still no call back,, not very satisfy with your company, will be looking for service elsewhere, ...read more

All my services have gone out 4 times in the past 2 months. Reps. could care less if it gets fixed or not. They are rude and not very helpful. I have to go days without cable, phone, internet or home security system. This is very frustrating. I have been with Comcast a very long time, but I guess it is time to switch. Tech installed incorrect box in master bedroom knowingly. He stated he can't install the correct box. He also didn't replace the modem customer service stated needed replaced for internet upgrade. I had everything from Dish Network unplugged so all he had to do was plug and play ( had comcast last year). He didn't disappoint my expectations from last year of comcast installation issues. Completely terrible in Grovetown, GA. I had to call Comcast six times to get an appointment two days from now. Twice more to get an on demand package I ordered to work as well.
