Davis Appliance sold me a recliner that had gotten thread bear from being shown outdoors in the sun. I did not realize the damage that could incur from being set out in the sun daily until I got it home and the seat threads started to unravel. I called them and sent pictures as requested. Paul Davis told me he would order another one for me but he never got back to me let alone order another. They have a new store now that I will never ipcover.step foot into, never mind give a reccomendation for. Drove two hours from Atlanta area to Augusta for machine repair as Jeff'sSewing Center had been highly recommended by my neighbor. Definitely worth the trip. The repairs were quick, the fabrics and sample projects displayed in the store were beautifully creative and inspiring, and the prices reasonable. I love to go to Jeffs. They have some of the best fabric in town, and their patterns are tops. I always save my money so I can get a new pattern. Whenever I need sewing/ embroidery advice I know I can count on the great people at Jeffs. And for service, I know Mr. Jeff and Brian will take great care of my sewing and embroidery machines every time. ...read more
