I hired them for my wife birthday party and was extremely happy with the service they provided! I met with the owner Ed, and he put together a great package for me and made sure all our guests would be able to arrive and depart conveniently and safely. I parked my car with them on Saturday, August 16, 2013. The employee returning my car hit the center curb really hard. I stated to him. You really hit that center curb hard. He said " We hit that curb all the time it is there for that reason."It was pouring raining.I suppose that is why he was running, rushing and hit my rim on the curb. Furthermore the place was getting very busy with patrons of the Lobster. I was leaving Spa Sydell. The next day I did not leave my home therefore i did not see the rim on my car. The following Monday August 19, 2013 I saw the rim had been severely damaged. I immediately call Patrick, the owner or manager, and he told me he would check into it and get back with me. He never did get back with me until I went over there on yesterday. I was treated rudely by the employees as if I had done something wrong. One of the managers had a very strong alcohol on his breathe. Also,they were questioning my integerity. After leaving Patrick several messages and returning to the facility he called me today to say because I did not see it on that day he would not be able to " help you with a claim." I have pictures to show this is a fresh,newly developed damage to my rim. He also was rude, exhibited self indignation and self righteousness. I was not going to argue with him. I do have options to presue this matter in more ways than one. I refuse to allow them to question my integrity and secondly not take responsibilty for their mistake. ...read more

So I started off having this great day after finishing the paperwork on my new Ford Edge, which I love by the way, and I come out of my work after bragging about how awesome my new car was to find my car had been booted in less than 3 hours of being inside my work. Man that's so fast I should have known better than to try and push it without my pass. It really was no big deal though I have had my car booted because I left my pass at home before. The guys at EPS are really quick they are normally back to me within a matter of minutes of calling to remove the boot. ...read more
