I was backed into by one of their clients back in november 2013. it is now april 2014, i am still waiting on payment. i tried to submit the claim to my insurance, but they would not pay since they never formally denied the claim. " they are investigating the claim this entire time??? They must have barney fife hot on the trail for all investigations! i have not received any type of formal correspondence from them. I have called dozens of times with no help. When they told me they were finally paying the claim, they entered my mailing address wrong. Had to stop payment on the check and reissue it. I am told another ten days for that to happen. This has to be the worst insurance experience to date in my entire driving carrier! Don't deal with these morons if you can avoid it! ...read more

What a nightmare! We have had the pleasure of dealing with this insurance company for almost 3 weeks now and no results yet. Their policy holder was at fault and the accident report indicates it. No word from the adjuster because their investigating the accident. Investigating what ?? their client ran a stop sign and bang my wife's car with my 10month old son in the car. And now they are trying to say my wife is partially at fault because of where the damage is located on the cars. Claiming she should have avoided the accident. They don't even know what reaction time my wife had or where the impact took place in the intersection. Plus it had been raining and the roads were wet.
