Sadly, I didn't see the warnings about the security deposit until after my event. It's been 30 days & Lambert still hasn'ot returned ours. Take note, Cynthia conveniently includes your security deposit in the total of your final bill so she cashes that check (&TAKES your deposit) BEFORE your event. But worse than that is her behavior. She is w/o question the most unprofessional person that I've ever encountered. She changed my rehearsal date 3 weeks before the wedding, changed my wedding setup time the day before my wedding costing me 30 minutes of picture time, cursed at me both in person & over email, called me "ignorant" & "an idiot", and just generally made sure she was as difficult as possible days before my wedding. I would not recommend this venue to anyone under any circumstances. Don't take the chance on her ruining your wedding day. ...read more
