I had 5 pm appointment. After contacting person several times they say they will be 45 minutes late. 6:30 passes and no one shows, answer calls, or returns texts. I am forced to find another moving company which puts me behind schedule 3 hours. I am moving across the country (belongings going in storage) and I had a going away event scheduled that I had to cancel bc of last night no show. Very frustrated bc of them I can never have those moments planned. The only reason I can think of is bc we said we preferred to pay with card over cash. But if needed cash could have been paid. My movers cancelled on me the day they were suppose to relocate my wife and i to florida and a friend referred this company to me. I called frantic and spoke to Thomas. The first thing he did was calm me down and before he even knew what the situation was, he assured me, without a doubt that if it invoved moving anything, my worries were over. I went on to tell him the long story and he told me he would call me from my gate in 60 minutes, well i think about 45 minutes went by and he called again, i looked out my front door and he and 3 other gentleman, whom names i forget were standing there..I could not beleive it. These guy did not waste a second. 3 hours later we were on I 75 south.When I got to florida, Thomas and his helper we're backed in front of my new home sitting on the hood of the truck. If i decide to move anywhere again, i will hire these guys to come from Atlanta to handle it. I'm still in shock that they we're able to do the job with such short notice. Thanks again ...read more
