Do your research you will find this company is a fraud. I made an online purchase through eLuxury Design and they provided a USPS Tracking Number which turned out to be invalid. I never received my merchandise and the company phone mailbox is always 'full' and they do not reply to emails. This place doesn't even deserve one star -- AWFUL!! To begin with, it's a hole in the wall not even large enough for 2 people to stand inside, I had to step outside to talk to the owner about a replacement belt for my vacuum. The owners are Asian and barely speak English. I showed him the part I was looking for (with even the model #), and he kept trying to sell me a completely different belt -- different number, different size, completely wrong. When I questioned him and said it looked nothing like the belt I was replacing, he got ugly, practically pushed me out the door, and said "OK you go nother store, not buy here!" So I DID -- I will NEVER patronize this place again. Plus, everything in the place is covered with dust, including new parts and vacuums they're trying to sell. I am amazed how they stay in business. I'm all for giving immigrants a chance to become a success in America, but these people need to learn some manners!!! That is NO way to treat customers. ...read more

This place is absolutely horrible!! I took an attachment from my $600 Phil and Ted stroller to be repaired and now it is ruined. The work was sloppy and sewn on the wrong side. I will never go back here. ...read more
