Ofori and associates shouldn't be managing Hud properties. The turn around time they enforce on selling brokers to provide corrections on sale's contract if something is missing is too short thus making it very difficult to close on a Hud property. Also the listing brokers Ofori and Associates hire are no good. They all seem to have an attitude of grandeur. The Fed should fire Ofori and Associates. Ofori and Associates is bad in managing Hud property and they also choose bad listing agents to list Hud properties. ...read more
