Please save yourself time, money, and hassle and go somewhere else! I had an appointment for a cut, highlight, and conditioning treatment. The staff was very polite and courteous and treated me with respect. Although I have long hair, I was assured that my appointment would not take longer than 2 hours. It ended up taking 3 hours and I was unable to stay for them to dry my hair. I SHOULD have let them blow dry my hair so that they could see what a disaster the color was, but unfortunately I had to go to work. There were several things wrong with my highlights: 1. The color was very brassy and did not match my previous highlights 2. The highlights were chunky and did not blend in or look natural as I had asked 3. The highlights did not start at my root so it looked as if my hair had already grown out 4. The gray streaks in the front of my hair that I was complaining about in the first place were NOT covered 5. My hair was a complete mess and looked absolutely terrible I consider mysel ...read more
