It's Hardees, man. If big equated to good when it comes to burgers, Hardees might be in the running. It's a chain and suffers badly from being so. The Big Twin, when available, is not bad. Bring back the Hardee Husky and you might be able to compete. First of all they are the best burgers I have ever eaten! Noone even comes close yet. The only complaint I have is Hardees as a whole, not any specific Hardees, has horrible service. On many occasion and at every one I have been to, I was never greeted, I watch the managers and employees walk by you and ignore you for almost 10 minutes before I am even asked for my order. I can understand that it takes a little longer since they are not nuking or pre-cooking the meat a few hours in advance, but to eat there during a lunch hour is nearly impossible. Many times I have craved a burger from Hardees but knew all too well that I would never get back to work on time. If they were able resolve this issue alone I beleive their business would increase immensely.
