This is a very happening place for a drink after work, and there are good specials for happy hour too. It seems like there a different special each day of the week...I like the Taster Tuesday...with 2oz. wine tasters of your choice of over 35 wines for $2 each...and Complimentary Tavern Hors d'oeuvres. The perfect way to end the day. ...read more

We had a reservation and had to wait 10 minutes, which was annoying, but in the end worth it as we waited at the bar. The bar had a great musician going, and the music was a perfect volume.\t\n\t\nThe fodo we had was great, although we both had steaks, so i cant judge the other entree's. The creamed corn was perfect and the calimari appetizer was also quite good. The calimari had fried banana peppers mixed in, which added a nice sweetness to it.\t\n\t\nThe main compliant we had was that our water was not up to the job of a fancy restaurant (or barely any restaurant). He got the order in fine and the food arrived in a timely manner, but he forgot to bring out bread, and forgot to bring out the wine. We had to ask where the wine was, and he finally remembered the bread right before the steaks came out.\t\n\t\nOverall we would definitely go back as we live close to it and its the best steak place in Roswell/ Alpharetta. It is pricey, and not quite up to say a Bones downtown, but very very close. ...read more

Sage Woodfire Tavern has become one of my favorite restaurants over the past few years. They have great happy hour specials during the week. I have had both lunch and dinner there many times. Although everything I have tried has been great, it is hard to break away from the burger and the filet. They cook their food over a hickory oak grill, which adds a fantastic flavor to your food. I have also stayed after dinner and the place gets really lively. They usually have live music or a DJ and it turns into a really fun place to hang after hours. Check it out.; ...read more
