We booked and paid for 4 tickets in April for a tour on Labor Day. things changed and we needed to change our date. None of our phone calls were returned - no emails answered...After 3 months of trying we finally cancelled, but still didn't hear from them or got our money back. BEWARE! ...read more

I would't book a tour w/these folks. We purchased vouchers thru crowdcut. We prebooked a tour back in May for July and GWCT cancelled our tour 5 days prior to the tour. They not only don't offer the 5-winery tour which we paid for but we can't our money back from GWCT or Crowdcut.. No one EVER answers the phone bcuz they have staffing problems (per Shannon who works for GWCT) and they don't ever call you back. They are not even located at the address on their website. We were told they moved out. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! You're better off buying 10 bottles of wine and sampling them at home! ...read more
