I had the pleasure of meeting Don and Larry on 04-09-08. I say pleasure because as scary as having transmission troubles is, they took care of me like I was a part of the family. I had visited the two competitors up the street from them earlier that day. Besides being treated very rudely, I felt I was being lied to. From the moment I walked in the office door, I felt like I was at home. These guys know how to treat a customer. Wouldn't you know it, my nightmare was not as big of a deal as I thought. They took less than 30 minutes to find and repair the problem (blown fuse) and didn't charge me a thing. After being told I needed to replace my transmission from the guys up the street, I was sure it was going to cost me a couple thousand. I will definitely tell everyone I know that if they have transmission problem, take it to AATCO. ...read more
