Taylor's Pharmacy misfilled my prescription with a drug they know I am allergic to! In May 2012, I developed a severe allergic reaction to a hormone cream that Taylor's Pharmacy filled. I spoke with the pharmacist and reported this. The pharmacist said she would mark my account as allergic to the VersaBase cream that was used in this prescription. She recommended another cream, Acid Mantle cream, and said she would use this cream for all future hormone cream prescriptions. For the next 3 months, all the hormone creams were filled in the Acid Mantle cream and I had no problems. In Sept 2012, I again developed a severe allergic reaction after using a hormone cream only once. I spoke with the pharmacist again and she told me that this hormone cream had been filled with the VersaBase cream that I am allergic to! This severe allergic raction required several prescription medications and took 11 days to clear. I will never use Taylor's Pharmacy again. ...read more
