I am from San Antonio, Tx. and plan to move to Winter haven next year in the summer. I have been searching the net to find suitable communities near my family.I found this site to be unhelpful. I was trying to look at plans in your community. It gave me a choice of (3) plans...if this is all you offer, that is pitifil and those were all rather large and over two hundred thousand. I was pleased with the amenities offered, but since this is such a large community with only one clubhouse and one pool , surely you have some plans that are less expensive and smaller. Please don't refer me to the Cottage collection. There were only two plans there. I am very interested in this community as it is close to relatives and friends. ...read more
