If I could give 0 stars, I would. The WPB # doesn't answer; the Boynton # takes you to a man who is unresponsive, disrespectful, and arrogant in his approach. The serviceman came and was very nice, but said he'd have to order the part. After 24 hours, I called & was told "We're working on it". Three days later, they're still "working on it. Apparently, all they wanted was the initial visit fee. "Ma'm, do you REALLY want to make this more complicated than it is?"!!!! ...read more
