My husband is self employed so we thought this would be a good plan for us. However, we found ourselves constantly having to check our bank accounts because more than once they took to much money out for our monthly payment. It took them six months to pay us back and lots of phone calls ...ridiculous! Then when my husband was having problems he went in for a colonoscopy. We paid our deductibles, but they refused to pay because they said it was a pre-exsting condition. My husband had never even been seen for this type of problem before. Working with them has been the biggest mistake and headache we have had to deal with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They try to be sneaky and then when you try to get your money back they make you do tons of paper work...who has time...seriously......they were a JOKE!!!! It's been a year later and we are still trying to get our money back, we currently have no insurance right now which is scary! ...read more
