I have been a loyal customer to McDonald's for over 20 years. This McDonald's provides me with the worst experience i have ever had at any McDonald's. The lady that took my order was extremely rude. I asked for my good to be made fresh and instead of adding "ask me" to my order she put "well done" and said she would that an older one. I insisted that it be made fresh and she was extremely rude about it. I think they did something to my good because my wife and i got sick to our stomachs shortly after we ate. I will NEVER EVER EVER go back to this McDonald's again and recommend that no-one should go there. ...read more

The people that work at night here are ridiculous. I use to enjoy coming here after work and getting my coffee but the people that work now are ridiculous. They play loud music with profanity in it (mind you my child is in the car when I come), they have attitudes, and all in all the customer service is a 2 out of 10 and i'm just giving them a 2 because of the fact that at least they give me coffee(although most of the time they make it wrong). I don't know what has happened to the people that work at night but there use to be this little African American girl that worked here. The last time I saw her was maybe late October early November. I can gladly say I knew my order would be perfect when I pulled up to the window. She was kind and smiled, always got my coffee right, and was patient and I made sure to always tip. I haven't seen her in a while and I hope she didn't get fired because they need to get her back. Her customer service was 100% satisfactory and right now they need that because they are about to loose a customer. I hope they get their acts together. If you have an attitude and no patience or don't know how to fake it then you shouldn't be working there end of story.
