Freezer wasn't defrosting. Made a service claim on the extended warranty. I usually repair my fridges and freezers on my own but since I had the extended service plan I decided to let the "professionals" handle this one. A1 was 4 hours late from the appointment, with no notice. The guy had no tools with him and took on look at the freezer and said it was functioning normally. I asked him to show me that the defrost system was working and he declined. Repair person never turned on nor looked inside my dishwasher to determine the problem with it. Said he had 35 years of experience and he just "knew" what was wrong with it. Waste of day off work and waste of service visit. ...read more
