I wish I could give zero starts! The manager is very rude and irresponsible. She is not responsive at all and never cares about residents inconvenience. If you complain about something she is very disrespectful! Happens a lot that they don't pick up garbage for a week. Once I noticed worms in the garbage can because they hadn't pick it up for a week. I complained to the manager. She was very rude and said this is what it is and I can move out if I don't like it! I see all reviews here are very old ones so my guess is they had a different management back then. If you go to the office with an issue they will talk to you like a dog and say there is nothing they can do about it and if you do not like it you can move. The office managers building is the only building with a well maintained lawn, huge back patio and landscaping while the rest of the complex looks like a trash dump. When you first enter the complex it looks as if they have a party building just to the left with many tables and chairs and is referred to as the beer garden. Favoritism is show to some tenants while others are completely shown disrespect. The office is aware of the many drug deals going on in the complex but refuse to address it and tells you again you can move if you do not like it. They are in violation of numerous codes and regulations established by the fire Marshall and housing codes. Save yourself some heart ache and do not rent or even enter this place.
