Absolutely horrible! Avoid this business at all costs. First the owner Bruce almost caused me to miss my deadline and I had to hound them to even get my inspection. Second he missed major items that have now put me in a bad position. His review failed to notice the house had NO hot water in one bathroom. Worse than that his HVAC evaluation was horrible. He noted both the condenser and air handler were the same year, make and models which is FALSE. They are different and do not function properly. I have tried working with him for 2 months now the correct these issues and he has done nothing but drag his feet, put us off and done nothing to correct the issues. 2 months is more than fair to allow for repairs he missed blatantly on his report. Skip this company by all means. His work and ethics are both poor and he does not follow through with anything he says or claims. ...read more
