Mario is extremely meticulous and diligent with his work! He has an outstanding, broad knowledge in several fields. This well rounded intelligence enables him to deliver a level of expertise that is phenomenal. Mario exceeds the normal expectations of a home inspector and always gives 200%!!! Not only does he find the most concealed issues, but he informs you on the best and most effective method to rectify the problem. Additionally, Mario provides his clients with alternate solutions when repairing their home needs. For example, he advised me on two approaches on fixing the patio roof. Mario gave his recommendation to change the style of the roof completely for lower maintenance if I decide to replace the roof. And he instructed me on the most efficient route if I was just going to repair the existing roof. A home inspector is not expected to provide me with ideas and alternative solutions!
