I was a skeptic, and now I believe! I had "permanent straightening" done in high school (about 12 years ago) and it did not work, at all. So I was hesitant to try again and spend the money. Anna and Paul guaranteed me that it would work, and it did! I am so pleased! I have very coarse, frizzy and poufy hair. I washed it for the first time today, did a quick blow dry, and was out the door! Thank you Paul for doing it for me, and thank you Anna for your patience when I was a nervous nelly! I read every review there was and did a lot of research before I came here. I am glad I did and their 5 star reputation is for a reason. I used to go to Ideal Image, but was very unhappy with my results. I started a few months ago at Tranquilaser and everything seems to be going great. The staff are friendly as can be and very knowledgeable. My father went to college with their doctor so even though I did not know them, I trusted them because of that recommendation, but my review would not be glowing if they did not live up to my expectations! I had my brazilian and underarms done here and am very happy with my results. Dianne is great! She was patient and explained the whole process to me and actually made it a pleasure to go to my appointments. Very professional! And the office smells like heaven!
