I was a skeptic, and now I believe! I had "permanent straightening" done in high school (about 12 years ago) and it did not work, at all. So I was hesitant to try again and spend the money. Anna and Paul guaranteed me that it would work, and it did! I am so pleased! I have very coarse, frizzy and poufy hair. I washed it for the first time today, did a quick blow dry, and was out the door! Thank you Paul for doing it for me, and thank you Anna for your patience when I was a nervous nelly! I read every review there was and did a lot of research before I came here. I am glad I did and their 5 star reputation is for a reason. They dont charge what is on the sign. everything was "extra" that I supposedly got but she didnt tell me till I was checking out. all I got was a regular pedi and a full set. nothing special or fancy but she couldnt explain what was extra. be very cautious! ...read more

UPDATE!!!!!!: I called the company once again, to make sure the item they were out of stock on was not on back-order and going to be shipped to me at a later date. I spoke with the Customer Service Manager, Erica, who not only told me that the item was not on back-order but she was sorry for the misunderstanding, she was going to look into who I spoke with , and offered to refund the full shipping charge.
