I just wanna take the opportunity to personally thank Maria Seneca for all her help and understanding in addressing my situation with my account and property questions. She took an extremely tense scenario, which I was completely frazzled” and just made it all better. I was in no way a fan of an HOA but after Maria took the time to assist me with my account and explain exactly how HOA’s work, I’ve changed my point of view completely. I only hope that the principles of Avid know what an asset Maria is to their company. I urge more people in my situation to contact Maria Seneca with their property and account issues. I have been dealing with this company now since early 2015. In 2015 they did not seem that bad but since, customer service has become extremely poor. Right now I am dealing with no water and have been since Friday 6/8/18 at 9 AM. A water line is broken going from the water meter to the house and I have had tickets open for emergency help since Friday evening when I got home to find my water was turned off due to the break. I have called the emergency support line, opened trouble tickets on the portal, called and pressed the option yesterday to list a house with them just so I could speak with someone. Someone named Kim answered took my info and assured me this was an emergency and someone would call yet know one has. I am on day 3 with NO WATER and not one person from Wright Davis has contacted me. Today I even wrote in the accounting general comments area and still NO ONE from Wright Davis has called. ...read more
