I have brought numerous laptops to T&T Computers over the years and have always been highly satisfied with their level of expertise and fair and honest prices. I was so glad to have finally found them after many unhappy years of being cheated by the Geek Squad and others. It feels like handing your computer over to a knowledgeable family member who will do everything possible to fix the problem for as little as possible. He claimed I was on it internet all night long and download some 50 viruses. Well when I first got the darn computer home it had temp event error on boot up I was able to clear ut . it ran fine on normal activity but when I downloaded a game it immediately in 5 minutes started shutting down with thermal problems? He claimed I was on the internet all night I was on for maybe 1 hour total? I taken it back had problems with store employee who raise her voice so I raised back? Now I went to the the va hospital am being seen? I called about myfunds the owner started to yell at me so I yelled back cause he became threatening to my person I advise no person to ever shop at this store cause he lies and doesn't stress test his machines with game standards? ...read more
