My experience with James Shealey Flooring exceeded all expectations I had going into this project. Mr. Shealey was very helpful and accommodating with me and my schedule. He made every effort to meet when it was convenient for me. I gave him a general idea of what I thought I wanted, and he provided me with multiple samples to take home and try out for as long as I needed. Once I made my choice, he was able to get my flooring in within the week and began installation the following Monday. He and his guys showed up when they said they would and worked full days. He was very patient with me and answered any and all questions I had. He also beat every other quote I got from other installers. My floors look AMAZING! I would not hesitate to refer Shealey Flooring to relatives or friends that wish to replace flooring or install new flooring. The choice of flooring products and colors were remarkable. The new hardwood floor looks amazing and matches the hall flooring perfectly. I couldn't be happier! We got four estimates to have our dining room floor (hardwood) replaced after a tenant's dog urinated on the floor doing repairable damage. The damage and odor was horrific. We selected James because he was very knowledgeable and his wood flooring samples matched what we were replacing. James was great to work with! We were very satisfied with every aspect in dealing with James Shealey at James Shealey Flooring. It is very difficult to find a company that does a good job and does what they say at a very reasonable rate. I will be taking my tenant to court to recoup damages. James even went above and beyond to write a statement on the condition of the floor when he arrived. He is a great guy to work with! His main goal is pleasing his customer. A friend recommended Kelly's when my garage door wouldn't open. I called them and set up an appointment for the following week. He called me this morning and was close by and offered to come over if it was convenient. He arrived within 10 minutes, gave me a quote, fixed my door and was gone in less than 45 minutes.
