Good morning everyone, I wanted to first start off by saying the owner of this establishment by the name of David is a complete liar and scam artist. He advertises his products on Craigslist like he has a legimate business and he doesn't. I bought a stove and a refrigerator from him in April of 2014. In December of 2014 the stove went out and it was the computer board in it.I called him to ask him about a service technician or was there anything that he could do and he immediately caught a nasty a$$ attitude. Really???? I spent $400 between the two items and both of them were a piece of junk. But him being a crook he knew that all the time. He fixes items long enough for you to get them home and when they break he claims there is nothing he can do. Bull!!! If you sell people merchandise you should be able to stand behind it which we see David isn't capable of doing. PLEASE PEOPLE WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! DAVID IS A LIAR AND A MANIPULATOR WHO WILL DO ANYTHING TO SELL YOU JUNK. He also claims he has a serivce technician who will come out and diagnose his merchandise and I called him and gave him the model number of the stove and he never called back. Talk about customer service. This guy is a piece of work who's company should close it doors to the public!!! I ended up buy a new stove for less than what he sold me a used one for. I bought a dryer from this companies store at the lake Jackson site, they did deliver it to my home and took the old one, which was a plus. The plugs didn't match the wall socket and I had to have them changed out as "his insurance" would not cover the swap. So OK I had an electrician make the swap. On Oct 28th I contacted them as the dryer had stopped working, prior to this the timer wasn't turning the unit off. "Steve" said to check the breakers, I did and it started running again, but still had issues with the timer off and on. Sat. 12/7 just about 3 months from the $180 purchase it shut down again. When I called "Steve" he said it was an issue with the plug (not sure how a plug can cause this) and for him to come out it would be $65 plus parts. I declined. Today my daughter called back to see if he might reconsider since it has been an issue all along, he very nastily told her that he didn't care about her or her F--- mother or the problem. He knew exactly who she was talking about and didn't f--- care. There were some more "special" words being used toward her and then he hung up. This is no way to run a business, granted I was buying a used appliance, but when I am paying close to $200 and obviously had an issue from the beginning one would think he could offer a bit better service, especially since I am less than 3 miles away from his store.
