Don't ever donate to this cause. I made a significant donation in November 2008 requesting acknowledgement to me and the honorees. No acknowledgements have been received as of today even after numerous E-mails and telephone calls to Patricia Smith and others. Hopefully, they treat battered women better than their donators. I have made many donations to non-profits over the years and have never been treated with so litle respect as this group has done. Repeat: do not make any donations to this organization. ...read more
