I loved the property I lived on (Rattler's Pointe) but dealing with the management forced me to move. I walked to class everyday and there was unlimited parking available across the street, which were great assets provided via the property. But management refused to fix the fridge which leaked water throughout the night, wouldn't spray the fire ants which took over my room in a timely matter and when my Internet went out I was told that the FAMU library was open 24/7 so go there. Lived at Rattler's Pointe. Couldn't beat the location (walked to class) and my place was new or couldnt have been more than a few years old. Management was real cool and extra on top of any maintenance issues. ...read more
