Tips:  Take a look at your pool's filter electrical motor. If you can see the electrical wiring exposed, it's wrong.  If the electrical conduit going to the motor is dislodged, it's wrong. If you do not see a 'pipe cleaner sized' bare copper electrical wire attached somewhere to the electric motor itself, it too is wrong. If you have a screen enclosure, it too should have that same copper electrical wire attached to it with a electrical termination lug. If you do not understand anything I've just explained, you should call an electrician to investigate.
