They have a BBB rating of F. Read the pedeobear story under America's Favorite. I and 10 other businesses in Carollwood/Westchase area in 2009 met a salesperson for Americ's Favorite at our network group. We all bought ads and were told we'd get proofs before ads went in. We had to pay upfront. We all lost our money. No proofs everyones address was wrong so was phone number. We kept calling salesperson never would call us back. very poor service asked to have grits before rest of breakfast waitress stated very rudely, i'll see what i can do.when she brought grits she again spoke rudely and said "here". when meal came i had no muffin, she never came back to table till i was thru eating and tossed muffin on table and said "sorry" while walking away acting like i did something wrong. also dirtybathrooms were dirty with stool on toilets even on neatseat dispencer. my husband and i used to be regular patrons,but will no longer go there. are there new owners or what? used to be a nice place. ...read more
