I have been going to this shop for over 6 years. I have always had wonderful service. Nick, Mimi and other staff have done my nais, and they always look perfect! I frequently get pedicures or a polish change on my toes, and they too look perfect!I always make an appointment, and they are always ready for me when I arrive! I have been going to this salon for years and have been very satisfied. Nick and his entire staff make it a pleasant calm atmosphere. They are polite and quiet (not like other salons I've been to where they talk loudly in their native tongue) , So miss Sadly, maybe you are the problem. There are many languages spoken in this country. Deal with it. Mimi is a sweetheart and wouldn't hurt a fly. Nick does my nails and Mimi is in the station next to him. I have never heard her speak rude to a customer. I enjoy going to Nicks and their work exceeds all other salons. My nails always look great when I leave there.
