Bob the owner is extremely rude - "don't you have any common sense" when I asked him about a price comparison and "I don't need your business lady" when I objected to being spoken to that way. Lowes Service Advantage uses this company. The service tech in Feb changed the eclectric panel it was the 2nd one for the Bosch dishwasher, he never tested it and it didnt work. He ordered and charged Lowes for a spray arm and it was never installed. The next call in May Apex was back again after cancelling twice in two days. The supposed expert service tech said oh the water isnt coming through and oh its a sensor and oh we will order a new spray arm and I will get this running and then reported customer misuse as the reason the dishwasher wasnt working. Who does that? A company with subcontractors they allow to lie on customers do sub par work and then show no interest in fixing anything-- this is the ULTIMATE RIP OFF along with Lowes Service Advantage. DO NOT USE APEX APPLIANCE SERVICE they are a ridiculous bunch of ex cons pretended to know what they are doing. ...read more

i have been a customer of ATLAS for years. contrary to deelyn's posting she must of been really guilty an stupid to make a post like that lol. i was a observer in the store yesterday an i could clearly see she was lying. lady why would he tell you to find the age thru the serial number if he said it was 1 year old?did you pay the last company for service on your appliance? is that why they kept your old part?why did you bring a police officer with you if you were rite?why did you give ATLAS your old refrig. for repair also?ii am sure they don't need you an your bussiness after the spectacle you made of yourself.it was real clear to me you were telling nothing but lie's.at 65 maybe your a lil senile? get help. ive been doing bussines there for years , they are always busy and i live in the sea towers where everyone recommends them both in sales and service.i suggest you get evaluated. ...read more
