I entered this quaint little shop in for aome routine maintanence. I was quite surprised to see how helpful the owner was. She really knew about her trade, much more so than the employees payed by the hour in other local chan stores. Perhaps the only obstacle to be overcome there was the ethnic diversity that a store like this presents.
