Office staff has no communication with field personnel. If you ask for anything outside of their established routine they will say they can do it just to get your business, then ignore the request. If you like to be billed for work not completed this is a great company. This is the norm for Gigers and this is status quo. customer service is useless. to even give these folks one star is hard they charge twice the amount of others and say they will come out to complete a job not done then don't show and don't call. - I use another company for all of the other houses I own and they are absolute angels in comparison and 1/3 the price.. .
