EVERYONE IN MY PLAZA HAS HAD PROBLEMS WITH RATS AND NOW I SAW A RAT SNAKE - EEEK. HAD MANY SERVICE CALLS FROM DIFFERENT AGENCIES - NO GOOD RESULTS UNTIL LANDLORD SENT ADVANTAGE OUT. NOW NO EVIDENCE OF ANY MORE RATS AND THE OWNER WAS KIND ENOUGH TO PUT OUT ALL NATURAL REPELLENT AT MY DOORS TO KEEP THE SNAKES OUT. HE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME THE REPELLENT. I would not recommend buying from McCoy Sod. I bought a pallet and the sod was of very poor quality and when I tried to talked to the office person about this she didn't care at all. Just said that it happens. You are better off going to Lowes or Home Depot in that they stand behind their products. ...read more
