This is a great place to get a hair cut. I've been coming to Tim's for more than eight years now. When I first went to Tim's I was drawn in by the low price -- a price that hasn't gone up in all the years that I've been going there. The price however, is not the only or even the best reason I keep coming back. Their hours are also incredible; it seems like they're always open. I mean, where else can you go get your hair cut on a Sunday morning? More than that though, I'm always treated well. "No edging or outlining" I was told upon entering..before I even made it throught the door. I am black and All ethnic hair MUST be edged on the forehead and temples which they flat-out tell you they will not do. Hmm? sounds fishy to me. Also , arrived on a sunday around noon and the shop was closed, I called several hours later and was met with a rude attitude on the phone like it was MY fault that they were'nt open.
