This company receives 0 stars for how they handled my order. I placed a Christmas order for my grandson on Nov 26th and was charged $98 on my credit card. I have yet to receive my merchandise (6 days to Christmas) and I am unable to contact this company by phone, email or website. My order shows on their website with out any shipping information. They have had my money for over three weeks and now I am unable to give my grandson his gifts on Christmas. They have about 5 emails from me and have not responsded to any of them.
