This company receives 0 stars for how they handled my order. I placed a Christmas order for my grandson on Nov 26th and was charged $98 on my credit card. I have yet to receive my merchandise (6 days to Christmas) and I am unable to contact this company by phone, email or website. My order shows on their website with out any shipping information. They have had my money for over three weeks and now I am unable to give my grandson his gifts on Christmas. They have about 5 emails from me and have not responsded to any of them. I bought a swim suit there while on vacation. The second day I wore the swim suit the bottoms tore. They were nice enough to exchange the bottoms but 2 weeks later the under wires came out of the top of the swim suit. I spent $141.23 for a really nice swim suit and I will never buy a swim suit from there again. I had to go get my haircut, because my ends were split. soo i went there... i went and my hair was finally growing out!\t\n\t\n I asked for a dimond shaped haircut with side swept bangs..i even brought in pictures,\t\nSHE MEST UP MY FREAKING HAIR! it was not EVEN close to the hairstyle that i wanted!! \t\n\t\nThe bangs were super short, and not even cut evenly. Im a employee that just received a call today that I was being let go. The excuse was that there wasnt enough time to train me before season. See the story is I interviewed for the job and the manager picked another person. I was ok with that because atleast they called me to let me know. I knew I had competition and that was ok. The girl she (the manager) hired never started work for Caribongo so the manager after a week of the girl not being able to start, she called me and offered the job to me. I go in for my first day Feb 3 and work my scheduled shift which was from 10:30 till 1:30, this was after she had already switched my schedule then calls me to come in at 10:30 am so I do. I work my but off, we were busy but I have plenty of retail experience so I wasnt worried. I even stayed later than expected to help with all the customers, we were busy. So today I am to be at work at 5pm and get a call to not come in. Long story short she gave me the excuse of not having time to train me even though she only gave me 3 hours or so yesterday. Through alot of frustration I got the real deal. SHe ask me if I smoke cigeretts, I told her it was none of her business. I never smoked yesterday at work so what was she taking about? She told on herself, it was because i smoke cigeretts and she smelled it on my clothing. WHy didnt she have a conversation with me about it? The employees were truly polite, friendly, the Store outstanding, very clean and unfortunately I was one of those customers with unusual return items, and was also purchasing, if the return's would have been posted at that time I would have bought more items. But no matter what even the merchandise was neat, hung properly, sizes marked, and I lost some jewelry and i contacted the store the next day, someone had found it and the store told me they would hold it for me, I have a difficult time trying to leave my home somedays. This store will be at the top of my list of the two I shop at. Keep up the good work, and a reminder to the store managers your employees shine and due to their hard work have put you where you are now so always remember to tell them thank you, or some other form of appreciation. (it is a small but important gesture and will get you far) This comes from my PHD in Business/Marketing and lots of retail sales positions from the lowest position to management staff.
